Future plans

Safe to say that I have always known that I wanted to pursue business. I had my first business attempt in fourth grade. I had my first successful business selling kpop items online in 8-9th grade and I currently own a candle business.

Since highschool I have been working really hard in school to be accepted into a business school. I took summer courses and  stayed late doing homework for weeks. Overall, the least I can say is that I prioritized education above all.

With university application season being here, I have applied to Montreal and American universities in business administration. I wish to do a minor in urban studies as it is also a subject I am fond of. I wholeheartedly want to study in a city environment with enough noise, so that I can apply what I learn in business school through founding an actual business.

I am so grateful for my privilege to be able to be university educated. It is something no one can ever take away from me and a security net. As someone who’s women in my family have always been financially reliant on the men, I am extremely thankful to have the opportunity to be financially independent. I will never take this for granted.

Update

I will be attending Concordia university in the faculty of John Molson School of Business with excitement to learn about Marketing as a major and urban studies as a minor! I am so grateful to be able to study my two passions. Go Stingers 🐝 !!
